If this came through your feed, you're probably like "Way to go dumbass... You didn't have this shit already??" 😂🤣
I'll have you know I am buying this album once again (for like, what? the 4th time??) to pick up the new sick "sea blue gel" vinyl variant of this modern classic. Jfc Earache Records still knows how to grab my money, even after all these years haha. Have a feeling "Hiss" will be near the top of my Albums of the Decade list when all is said and done. What an absolute masterpiece. bcb723

Okay the 3 albums hold a 2-8 bar groove kinda subtly merged within and when EQ'd just right these albums become a fucking wall of noise groove monster. Awesome band.

I came accross Black Curse, and their first demo, on Greg Biehl / No Gleaming Light YT channel in late 2019 and a bit later, in 2020, as it was covid, a whole lot of time was spent at home listening to music.
In April 2020, I took a slap in my face. The songs that were already on the demo, with the new production here were so insane, it dragged me to hell. Black Curse is definitely one of the most violent band I listened in the last years. Next-level Black-Death metal for sure ! drs_dramm

I love the combination of the late 80s deathgrind sound with Incantation style cavernous death metal. These guys have a good understanding of speed dynamics too; when the tempo drops the grooves hit hard. Also the aesthetic is super cool. grahamy
